- It is located near Brahma Appt.

- The venue has a per plate system ( Veg per-plate=900+ Taxes & Non-Veg Per-Plate = 1050+Taxes) & For Birthday Party and Small Events ( Veg per plate = 800+Taxes & Non veg per plate=1050+Taxes) which means its free from hall Rental, though you cannot bring your own catering.

- The venue have 3 Indoor and 1 Indoor+ Outdoor Lawn for Wedding ,Reception, Birthday parties, Conference/Seminar/ Workshop ,Small Gatherings etc.

- The venue provided only Indoor Decoration.

- DJ is also provided by the hotel & the starting cost is 7000 rs.

- 1 complimentary room with AC.

- The venue also Have private parking for 60 cars+ capacity for the parking requirement.

- The hotel has over 18 rooms with AC the cost of a standard double room is Rs. 3000 + taxes.

Only permitted alcohol is allowed in venue and corkage charges will be applicable.

- The venue accepts Payment via, Card( DEBIT/CREDIT), Cash, Bank Transfers.

- Advance payment 30% and the rest amount to be paid before the event. Booking amount is non refundable.

- Venue offers a gift for banquet clients as per the event type and event date.
