There are four banquet halls available: Gulmohar, Gulmohar 1, Gulmohar 2 & Gulmohar 3

Are there any lawns available for hosting events?

No, there are no lawns for hosting events.

What is the seating capacity of each hall?

Gulmohar 1- 125, Gulmohar 2- 125, Gulmohar 3- 425, & Gulmohar- 650.

What is the floating capacity of each hall?

It is around 650 for all of them.

What is the minimum capacity of each hall?

It is around 20 for all of them.

What are the decoration services available?

The decoration is done by us. We take around Rs.20000 for engagements, Rs.60000 for weddings and Rs.6 per balloon.

What type of catering service is available?

We allow only indoor catering.

What are the costs per plate for veg & non-veg respectively?

It is Rs.950/plate for veg and Rs.1050/plate for non-veg.

Do you allow A-LA-CARTE service as well?

Yes, we have our own restaurant available.

What is the minimum Advance payment, to be made to block a date at the venue?

It is 30% of the total amount. Rest should be given a day before the event. given

What is the cancellation policy?

The amount taken is non-refundable, if the event has been cancelled.

What are your policies about DJ and Musical Services?

We provide DJ for Rs.10000 and light music is complimentary.

What is the cost of Per Standard Double room? *

For deluxe rooms, it is Rs.3500 plus tax ; and for Premium rooms it is Rs.4500 plus tax.

Do you provide any complimentary rooms?

For minimum 200 people in an event, we provide 2 complimentary deluxe rooms ; and for less than 200 people in an event, we provide 1 complimentary deluxe room.
